We deliver our products across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within:
3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges may apply depending on your location and order.
- Free delivery is available on orders of PKR 3,000 or above, subject to the applicable terms of the offer.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the courier service or communicated to you through the available contact details.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal to receive the parcel, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
